Privacy Policy
How EUMERA GmbH handles personal data on this website.
Controller
The controller within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is EUMERA GmbH, Sterngasse 3/2/6, 1010 Vienna, Austria, office@eumera.eu.
This website is currently an informational site under construction. It has no user accounts, no forms and no newsletter; personal data is processed only to the minimal extent described below. This policy will be updated before company registration, requests for quotation or any other feature that collects personal data goes live.
Hosting
This website is operated on the infrastructure of an external hosting provider. When you access the site, the web server automatically processes technical connection data — in particular the IP address, date and time of the request, the requested resource and the browser identification — to deliver the pages, ensure stability and defend against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of the website (Art 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The hosting provider may process this data on servers outside the European Economic Area. Transfers are safeguarded by the EU standard contractual clauses and the provider’s certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework; further information is available on request at office@eumera.eu.
Analytics
We measure visits and page performance with our hosting provider’s privacy-friendly analytics service, in aggregate form only. It sets no cookies and does not track visitors across websites; visitors are counted by means of a short-lived hash that does not allow persistent identification. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the use of the website (Art 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies
This website sets a single functional cookie, which stores your language selection so that the site opens in the same language on your next visit. It is a technically necessary cookie within the meaning of §165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act (TKG 2021) and therefore requires no consent. No advertising or third-party cookies are used.
Contact by email
If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the data you provide — contact details and the content of your message — to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions (Art 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We retain this correspondence for as long as the matter requires and as long as statutory retention obligations apply.
External links
This website links to external pages: the institutional site of EUMERA GmbH, official trade resources and the sites of partner chambers and listed companies. Their own privacy policies apply there. This site embeds no maps, videos or third-party widgets.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection with regard to your personal data. To exercise these rights, write to office@eumera.eu.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority in Austria is the Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb.gv.at.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy when the website or the legal situation changes. The applicable version is always the one published on this page.
